We provide annual contracts to maintain, safeguard and staff your property. Here is a list of some of the aspects this will cover, however, the service will be tailored to suit your needs.

We will arrange regular visits to check on the condition and report back to you any problems found such as leaks and other maintenance issues. Maintenance issues will be discussed and quotes and repairs arranged.

Cleaning - Don't come back to a dirty holiday home and have to start your holiday cleaning. We can arrange to have it cleaned for you. Do you have holiday guests? Let us arrange the changeover cleaning.
