“Caroline has been looking after my villa in Callian for the last 8 years now.  The concierge service she initially provided has now expanded to managing the renovation projects that every holiday house inevitably needs. Caroline ensures that guests have a warm welcome, and she manages any problems that arise with care and attention to detail.  She has a great network of reliable plumbers, electricians and pest controllers, and even a chimney sweep! Caroline is calm, responsive and efficient, but more importantly is a lovely person to work with.  Perhaps the best compliment I can give is that I’m not sure my holiday home could function without her!  I would highly recommend her for any concierge or property management service."
